Attention Vendors ( Please Read )

We have officially started the (( existing vendor process )) for BF7. We have sent out an email ( last night) to all previous vendors that we had contact info on with the details. Here is how it will work :: The vendors who were at the show last year have until Jan 30th to send in vendor agreement form & make payment. Once both have been received your spot will be confirmed. Payment alone does not secure your space, you must read and sign vendor agreement form too. On Feb 1st. we will open it up to (New Vendors) and finalized the entire process by March 15th. Vendor Space Sizes this year are 10 x 10 & 10 x 20… anything larger will need to be discussed & approved.  *If you are an existing vendor please do not wait… get your vendor form & payment sent in asap and lock down your spot now. *New Vendors please note we will not accept payment or vendor agreement form until the new vendor enrollment period beginning on Feb 1st. Chris Huber will be handling all vendor requests and information.
